I'd Rather....

I’d rather have bad times with you, than good times with someone else. 

Sometimes when we see a couple quarrels so badly we can't help but think, why why why do they want to be with each other since all they do day in day out is quarrel. But let us not be too hasty in our judgement, let me share a story with you. My own parents, they are like the complete opposite of one another, my dad would say A and my mom would say Z. Never in my years of growing up have they ever agreed on anything much. However, my dad loves my mom to the max and even till the day he passed, he was still jealous whenever men looked at her. Even some of the quarrels that they have surrounds the fact that my mom talked to other guys. And once when I suggested that they should separate since they were obviously making each other miserable, my dad literally turned red and yelled at me "WHAT?? WHAT?? ARE YOU CRAZY? I LOVE HER SO MUCH!!"

LOL, anyway my point is there are many different kinds of couples, some yell at each other day and night, yet love each other deeply and that seems to be the way they want it. While others, put up a great show of lovingness but behind closed doors their relationship is as dead as a doornail, but to the world they are the most loving couple. I guess to each their own.....if it works for the couple then it works, that's all that matters.
